Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit here at Popstarz Popcorn! From walking in the door Amiah greeted us with a beautiful smile and pleasantly professional mannerism. She was knowledgeable about their products and practices and explained everything we needed to know upfront. Shortly afterwards Bridget also assisted us as well in providing her expertise on the in-store games, products, and incentives. They both were knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and welcoming. They have a plethora of different flavors of popcorn and each one that I tasted was delicious. They have definitely gained new customers with my family and because of such great service and professionalism, I will be spreading the word!!!

Forget being a kid in a candy store… We were peeps in the popcorn store! This place is amazing! You walk in and all the smells hit you! You get to sample 2 flavors which is hard to choose from because many savory & sweet selections. We will be back! And we will be purchasing a tin for refills! When are you opening a location in Charlotte? Not close to it. It doesn’t matter to me because I work in Concord, the people need to support.

My daughter was excited to go after a tiktok review and now she follows the place. Their flavors are really fun. Loaded baked potato sounds scary but it was scary good. They have a great price point so that you can going shopping for a quick snack or an over the top gift for that special someone. The whole way the ordering works just makes sense. I love how they sold their limits on samples. They framed you can try two every time you come in. It feels like you are part of a delicious savory, sweet club. The two ladies behind the counter were helpful and kind. We had a good time visiting. We will be back!

This place is a MUST visit!! The variety of popcorn flavors are honestly amazing— it felt like we were in the Willy Wonka factory of popcorn flavors. The baked potato popcorn, literally taste like baked potato. You can taste each side dish in every bite. There’s something for everyone, and it’s so hard to choose because everything sounds so good but luckily they offer samples. The customer service really took the experience to the next level. The staff was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process fun instead of overwhelming. The two redheads there, Yeah… they’re officially my new besties after today. Everything was also very clean and well-kept, which I definitely appreciate. The whole place passes the vibe check—welcoming, fun, and perfect for both kids and adults. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!

This place is awesome, just found this driving by. Customer service is 5 stars! Over 220 flavors and the price is on point compared to other similar places. Not sure if the employee was the owner or manager but because of her I will be retuning. She made us feel welcomed. The popcorn was crunchy and not stale. I picked the bear crunch and lucky charms. Awesome is all I have to say. You have to come here!!!
